Safra Distribution(“Safra”, “we”, “us”) is a food packaging and restaurant supplies distributor located at 49049 Milmont Dr, Fremont, CA 94538. These terms govern your use of safradistribution.com and purchases made through our sales team.

2. Ordering & pricing

Product availability and pricing are confirmed at the time your order is accepted. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Online product browsing is provided through our ordering partner, Cut+Dry; orders placed there are subject to confirmation.

3. Delivery

Local deliveries run on scheduled routes across the Bay Area. Delivery windows are estimates; we’ll communicate proactively when schedules change. Risk of loss passes on delivery.

4. Returns

Returns are handled per our Return Policy.

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed per account. Late balances may pause deliveries until resolved.
