If we made a mistake

If there’s an error with your order, like a wrong item, wrong quantity, or damaged product, call us at 408-396-7899 or email info@safradistribution.com, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or exchange, fast.

If you changed your mind

Unopened products purchased within the last 30 days can be returned for full credit, less the cost of return shipping. Give us a call and we’ll arrange it.

Delivery & shipping

Local orders are delivered on our own scheduled routes throughout the Bay Area from our Fremont warehouse. For customers outside our delivery area, we ship anywhere in the United States via freight carrier. We ship to U.S. addresses only.

Shipping charges are calculated from the total weight of your order and the destination ZIP code. When you place an order, we’ll provide an estimate based on item availability.
